Marisa Lynae Hampton was born on February 8th, 1999, the youngest of five children. She is a native Texan. Marisa has loved theater and singing since she was very young. Her parents took her to see Phantom of the Opera at Dallas Fair Park when she had just turned 4 years old. Sitting on her booster seat with opera glasses she responded to the production with a hand on her heart saying "This is amazing!!" She sat on the edge of her seat the entire time without so much as a word. That's all it took. Her first role on the professional stage at Casa Manana in Fort Worth, Texas was "Bashful" in Snow White, she was 8 years old. Marisa began exploring film at the age of 12. Marisa started kindergarten at Texas School of the Arts, moved to Grand Prairie Fine Arts Academy for middle school but is now homeschooling. She also is very involved with her youth group and sings in the praise team.
